Weekly Update

I promised an update after Monday's appointment, and I promised a picture. One out of two ain't bad, right?

My appointment yesterday afternoon went well. I met with the physician's assistant again (appiontment was originally scheduled with her). She told me to go ahead and take Benadryl to help sleep after I told her of my three straight nights of VERY little sleep. She also advised I go ahead and start taking Zantac as a preventative for heart burn. Of course, since then I haven't had heart burn....lol. Baby Girl is still measuring right on schedule, so that is good. And I had my Group B Strep test done - which I was told I would get a call about this week. I am really praying this test is negative because I really don't want to be attached to an IV from the moment I get to the hospital.....

I also learned that there is a new doctor at the practice. So next week I will meet this new doctor instead of getting back to my own. I mentioned this to the lady at check out who said I could just meet with my regular OB if I prefer - but if this new OB is on call when I go to the hospital I'd kind of like to know who she is. KWIM? So I go back on Tuesday since I'm now on weekly appointments.
