Week Three Again

Okay, so after all the chaos over the last few weeks. I decided to restart week 3 of Couch25k this week. Still only got 2 days in, but I am ready to move on to week 4 next week. This week I started having some pain, which is frustrating. My first jog both my ankles and my left knee area were sore. I pushed through, and felt okay the next day etc. Then I jogged again on Thursday, both knees now sore and my ankles feeling a little wonkish too. I am pretty sure that my ankles feel weird because I've been wearing my flip flops a lot, so I'm going to try wearing more supportive shoes more often. My knees? Not so sure. I'm doing all the same stretches as Trip (who also has had knee trouble while jogging), but they still are sore. My knees were even sore on Friday at work. This is not good. But in good news, my new sports bra came in the mail the other day!! I've been using the one I got ... okay, this is sad... years ago for backpacking in high school. It's a great bra, just wasn't made for this kind of use.
