Admittedly I have again not updated as frequently as I should have. But, progress has been made! Yesterday I completed my first 5k!! The middle picture shows my time (I'm blocked by the lady in green) as 40:04 - which is my 'official' time, but is not my accurate running time. I was
nowhere near the start line, so there should be at least 30 or so seconds shaved off that time. Which means I completed in under 40 minutes! Woot! Trip wants us to work towards a 10k so we'll see what the plans are for the future. But at least one goal this year is done!
